Terms & Conditions:
POST 27 makes every effort possible to ship in an environmentally sustainable way.This includes reusing boxes from items shipped to us, buying only bio-degradable cornstarch packing peanuts and reusing styrofoam packing peanuts. Your merchandise will be shipped using United Parcel Service GROUND. UPS 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day options are available. For orders shipped Standard Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day express, please note that these are guaranteed for business day arrivals only.
NOTE: Orders placed will not ship until the following day. Saturday is not considered a business day. If UPS Ground is selected, your package will arrive approximately 5 business days after you place your order depending on your geographical location. In the event that a backorder occurs, or if your order cannot be shipped in a timely fashion (one to two business days), you will be notified. Packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, overseas or to APO addresses. We only ship within the United States at this time.
Please note UPS’ delivery policies. They will attempt delivery 3 times and if no one receives the package, they will hold the package at their facility for 5 business days. UPS will send you a notification regarding picking up your package. If no one comes to claim the package, they will return the shipment to the sender. If you are going to be out of town, please make arrangements to have your order sent to an alternative address. Post 27 will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence.
Post 27 does not currently ship to international addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for any purchases shipped to Illinois.
Post 27 wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges by Mail:
For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original shipping box or mailer. Enclose the original merchandise receipt in the shipment with your request of exchange or replacement with the original receipt. Ship to Post 27, Attention: Returns, 1819 West Grand Avenue, Chicago IL, 60622. Please include your phone number in case we need to get a hold of you to process your request. We highly recommend insuring the package. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage to Post 27 within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item in the event that UPS needs to pick up the box for inspection. Post 27 will send out a replacement item if available or credit the amount of the damaged item.
Gift Packaging:
Gift wrapping is available for most items at an additional cost of $4.25. Gift wrapping includes the order wrapped in tissue paper and boxed with appropriate wrapping. To have an item gift wrapped, click ‘Gift Wrap’ at the bottom of the order screen. Please note, in order to send gifts to multiple addresses, please place separate gift orders when shopping online. Each order placed will be gift wrapped together as one. If you prefer to have items from one order separately gift wrapped please be aware that there will be an extra charge to do so. Indicate on your order in the comment section if you prefer to utilize this option. We will contact you to confirm the extra gift wrapping options.

Colors:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the site.
All monitors portray color in different lights. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the products that you order will be an exact color representation from what you view on the Post27store.com website.
